RAW News, ECW Arena Update, Lance Storm, WWE ‘Superstars’

The 1.17.09 edition of AM Raw scored a 0.7 cable rating, up from last week’s 0.5 rating.

Regarding the ECW Arena being turned into a Health Club, there have been reports that this could happen, but it is possible that a health club would simply replace space that is set aside for Hand’s training center. If the arena would shut down, it would be the end of an era, as the building of course was the home base for ECW, but also held events for ROH, CZW, CHIKARA, XPW, 3PW, Jersey All Pro Wrestling, Shane Douglas’ Hardcore Homecoming as well as WWE and TNA house shows.
