We reported last night here on the website that WWE Superstar Santino Marella has been out of in-ring action as of late because he’s rehabbing a chronic neck injury.
In an update on this, Marella underwent neck surgery earlier today and tweeted the following:
“Waiting in the hospital, I question what I’d do if I couldn’t wrestle anymore, I love what I do, it’s an honor, the best is yet to come”
“Success! more blood and pain this time but doctors are happy with the out come”
“Now it’s comeback time! and this time I have @BattleArtsMMA behind me! #timeforamiracle”
“I will still be me, still be funny and entertaining, but I’m gonna kick some serious ass this time straight up”
There is no word on when he’ll be returning.
