— NXT star Alexander Rusev, who made his WWE debut at the Royal Rumble this past Sunday night, debuted a new theme song at the pay-per-view. He used that same theme at Thursday night’s NXT TV tapings at Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL.
— Speaking of NXT, WWE announcer Michael Cole was down at the WWE Performance Center on Wednesday and praised Yoshi Tatsu for his presentation to a class of new developmental students. For what it’s worth, WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes has been praising Tatsu as of late as well. Yoshi tweeted the following:
“One of the member of #YoshiArmy @MichaelCole told me that my presentation today is my best presentation he has ever seen. I’ll keep doing!”
