Prior to the recent TNA tour of the UK, there were plans for “The Wolves” (Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards) to win the TNA tag-team titles. Of course, this didn’t end up happening and the reason for it is because there were some disagreements about it backstage. There were many within TNA management that simply felt it was too soon for them to win the titles.
It should also be noted that the only two tag-teams advertised for the upcoming TNA/Wrestle-1 pay-per-view are “The Wolves” and Bad Influence (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian). The tag-team titles are scheduled to be defended on that pay-per-view.
