More On WWE Officials Being Upset With TMZ

As noted earlier, WWE officials were reportedly not happy that Hulk Hogan return story was leaked by TMZ a few days ago. The original plan was to make a big announcement on Hogan’s return to the company several hours before RAW tomorrow night in Green Bay, Wisconsin. A press release and a post on WWE.com was expected to take place during the afternoon hours. However, after the TMZ story was reported, WWE decided to release a mobile text alert and issue the press release announcing his return.

There are said to be many backstage in the company who don’t understand why Hogan’s return was announced on RAW last week.
