— Paul Heyman’s RAW promo about The Undertaker collapsing backstage after WrestleMania 30 was legit. Once ‘Taker got backstage, he collapsed to the floor and numerous people rushed to his side. A number of WWE officials were concerned and they immediately put him on a stretcher and then into an ambulance. WWE.com noted earlier that ‘Taker suffered a “severe concussion.” That is legit. There was also concern about a neck injury but he seems to be OK on that front. We’re told Vince McMahon, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman all went to the hospital with ‘Taker. The Undertaker stayed overnight and was discharged early Monday afternoon.
