Injury Update On Christian & Original RAW IC Title Plans

The original plans for RAW didn’t include a tournament to decide the #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. The first round matches took place because WWE didn’t get good news about the recovery time of Christian.

Christian suffered a concussion several weeks ago and hasn’t received clearance to return. WWE had planned a feud between Christian and Big E but had to change plans due to the injury.
