— WWE’s German announce team was in attendance at today’s RAW TV tapings from the O2 Arena in London. They were sitting ringside during the tapings.

— On Saturday in Leeds, WWE Diva Layla and Fandango hosted a WrestleMania Reading Challenge event.

— As previously reported here on the website, former indy wrestler Drake Younger has reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL and has been working as a referee under his real name – Drake Wuertz.

According to sources, Younger was told after a recent WWE tryout that the company wasn’t looking for anymore “cruiserweight sized guys” as they already had enough. He was offered the referee job instead and took it with the hope that eventually it’ll lead to a wrestling role.

It should be noted that while WWE isn’t currently looking for any “cruiserweight sized guys”, there is always going to be exceptions depending on the talent but that’s the “general rule” right now.
