As reported earlier today, there was an “incident” involving Alberto El Patron and Paige yesterday at the Orlando Airport. Police were involved and had this to say, according to PWInsider:
There was an incident at Orlando International Airport at about 3 p.m. Sunday involving Jose Rodriguez (DOB 5/25/1977) The reported incident was a domestic violence battery, and it is still under investigation. No arrests have been made as of this time, but the case remains open. That is all the information we have for release at this time.
TMZ has now released audio that was allegedly recorded of Alberto and Paige at the airport, with Alberto claiming that Paige “assaulted” him and “needs to be arrested,” and that they got into a fight at a restaurant. Sort of feel bad even posting about their “private” lives and fights and stuff, but… idk.
Alberto Del Rio: [inaudible] … call the cops. Lets, let’s do it. Get the cops.
Paige: … just stay out of my life. Leave me the f**k alone. I’m trying to get away from you. All the time. Yes, you deserve it. You deserve [inaudible]
Alberto: I’m pressing charges against you. You are pressing charges against yourself.
Paige: [inaudible] … press charges… press charges… It gets me the f**k away from you. It gets me the f**k away from you.
Alberto: Let’s go. I’m following you.
Witness: Don’t follow her. I’m a huge fan, by the way. I never thought that… [inaudible]
Alberto: You’re not gonna let her go. Call the police. She assaulted me. She needs to be arrested. We got into a fight at the restaurant.
Alberto was detained by police at the airport and is “still under investigation” according to the police statement, but there were no arrests and Alberto was back home in Texas today without Paige, according to PWInsider. Global Force Wrestling has also told PWInsider that they are “investigating the incident internally.”
