WWE’s Original Plans for RAW’s 25th Anniversary Show

Besides plans involving Enzo Amore being dropped due to his current legal issues, WWE also dropped other plans originally scheduled for RAW’s 25th anniversary, according to Sports Illustrated.

Sports Illustrated’s Justin Barrasso reported WWE rewrote much of Monday’s RAW roughly three hour before its start due to Jimmy Fallon being late arriving to the arena. WWE originally had plans for Fallon to be involved in several segments through out the night but scrapped those plans when they learned Fallon would not arrive in time for early backstage tapings and preparations with WWE legends.

These plans included the general manager segment which was reduced to a simple introduction of past WWE general managers and other segments reduced to simple introductions and waves to the crowd.
