Rey Mysterio WWE Contract Update

As has been known for a few months now, WWE is currently in contract negotiations with Rey Mysterio.

According to Lucha Central, at a press conference celebrating San Diego naming June 19 (6/19) Rey Mysterio Day, Mysterio said that he is currently negotiating a three year deal with WWE.

The sticking point thus far has been Mysterio wanting to work a part time schedule, while WWE wants him on the road more often.

WWE on Preliminary Emmy Nomination Ballots

A few WWE shows are on the Emmy Award preliminary ballots. People will now vote to narrow the big list of shows down to the ones that will end up as the final nominees. The Emmy Awards will air on September 17.

Charlotte in ESPN Magazine
