According to an article on The Sun, World Wrestling Entertainment still has plans to release names of performers who violate the company’s drug testing policy, despite online speculation to the contrary.
As reported yesterday, there was some skepticism among people in the company that WWE isn’t completely abiding by its own set of rules after a recent rash of high profile firings, absences and injuries.
However, a WWE spokesperson told SunSport that there has been no reversal in their policy of “publicly announcing suspensions of performers.” The spokesperson said: “WWE continues to publicly announce performers who have been suspended due to contravention of the Talent Wellness Program.”
There has been talk of at least one top WWE name that has failed a drug test in recent weeks and WWE is doing a major cover-up. We can’t confirm or deny that as of this report.
