WWE.com has posted a feature looking at the numerous changes to the ECW roster last week, including the addition of five veteran Superstars and four new Superstars through the New Talent Initiative. It’s also specifically noted that Tiffany is the permanent General Manager of ECW.
Through ECW’s New Superstar Initiative, developmental wrestler Sheamus made his much anticipated WWE debut on this past Tuesday’s episode of ECW, defeating enhancement talent Oliver John. Sheamus had worked numerous dark matches and live events for the RAW brand in recent weeks. In a trivia note, Sheamus was originally scheduled to be called up to the main roster shortly after April’s draft as a member of the RAW roster. Original plans called for him to be paired up with Hornswoggle, but it was ultimately nixed.
