2009 has been a busy year for “world” title changes in WWE. The WWE Title has changed hands 7-times, while the World Title has changed hands 8-times.
WWE.com has a new section on the website, highlighting the Championship Reigns of Randy Orton.
On WWE Shop’s top sellers list, Jeff Hardy or “The Hardy’s” controls five of the top 10 spots, taking #1, #5, #7, #8 and #8. John Cena takes spots #2, #3, and #6, while DX takes the last two spots, #4 and #10. it should be noted that the Hardy merchandise is not being sold at a discounted price.
Just in time for the fall season, WWE is selling new WWE Superstars beach towels.
As noted earlier, WWE got a ton of coverage on ESPN, due to Ben Roethlisberger’s appearance on Raw. Clips were shown on Sports Center and ESPN’s First Take. WWE wanted to get the “Sports Center Moment”, and they got it.
