TMZ is reporting that the reason Batista’s deal with Strikeforce isn’t finalized yet is because neither side can agree to a salary for the big man.
Batista and Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker have already met and drawn up most of their contract, but the money is still an issue. Also a problem is Batista’s availability – he’s apparently in demand for both movie and TV deals since he left WWE.
As for Booker T’s comments yesterday about Batista being unable to hang with someone like Bobby Lashley, Batista says he’ll fight anyone, Lashley included.
