— WWE is planning on making changes to the format of “Tough Enough” before it hits the USA Network, although the nature of those changes is unknown at this time. We have heard that WWE is talking with a few top production companies that specialize in reality television about running the show.
— The New York Post has endorsed Linda McMahon for the Connecticut Senate race. The irony is that Post writer Phil Muchnick has been demonizing the McMahon’s and WWE since the 90’s. I’m guessing he’s not a happy camper and likely won’t mention it if he wants to keep his columnist job.
— WWE has registered to trademark “AWA” for use in toys and action figures, clothing and other non-wrestling purposes.
