— Mick Foley returned on RAW Monday night and announced that he would be the General Manager of both RAW and SmackDown this week. It appears we’re going to have numerous legends and former guest hosts return in the coming weeks until they come up with a creative plan for a permanent General Manager.
— Monday would have marked as the sixty-sixth birthday of Bruiser Brody. On July 16, 1988, Brody was stabbed to death in a Puerto Rico locker room by Jose Gonzalez, one of the bosses of the wrestling organization he was working for.
— The Mick Foley WWE return was a last-minute decision made late Sunday night following WWE No Way Out. Foley lives in the Long Island area and made the short drive over to RAW.
— Dean Ambrose worked yet another dark match at RAW this week. Ambrose defeated a local wrestler by the name of Mike Kincaid via submission.
