— WWE.com has added Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake to its Alumni section. WWE says of the memorable wrestler, “As the flamboyant hairdresser who clipped the locks of WWE rivals in the ’80s and early ’90s, Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake was all about two things — cuttin’ and struttin.”
— Since New Year’s Eve falls on a Monday night this year, there is talk of WWE holding a “Year in Review” special instead of a live RAW taping.
The following day is also a holiday (New Year’s Day) so WWE may hold a live SmackDown show that Friday (January 1) instead of the Tuesday taping.
