— At one point, Dean Ambrose was scheduled to defend the WWE United States Championship against Christian at next week’s July 15th WWE RAW TV taping in Brooklyn, New York, but those plans may have changed in the past week or two. WWE did nothing to advance an Ambrose-Christian feud on RAW this past week. We shall see.
— As noted earlier here on the website, WWE officials are getting closer to selecting a location for the WrestleMania 2015 and 2016 events. Presently, one of the frontrunners is the new Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Levi’s Stadium will open for the NFL’s San Francisco 49’ers in 2014, and will also play host to the NFL’s 2016 Super Bowl.
If WWE does in fact select Levi’s Stadium, the Hall Of Fame induction ceremony and post-WrestleMania edition of RAW would emanate from the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California.
In addition to Levi’s Stadium, a major Northeastern location is said to be very much in the running as well.
