— As of this writing, the WWE title will be vacated until October 6 at WWE Battleground in Buffalo, New York. The plan is to have Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton in a gimmick match of some kind.

— Shawn Michaels is set to return to WWE RAW in the next few weeks, sometime before Battleground. He was at the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday and shaved his thick beard. For those who never saw his crazy beard, you can click here to do so.
