With Monday’s RAW drawing one of its worst ratings figures in the last fifteen years (a 2.68 cable rating, with an average of 3.58 million viewers over the course of the show), there are people within WWE speculating that Vince McMahon will resurface on television sooner rather than later. The motto in WWE has always been that when ratings are down, you “bring back a McMahon.”
