Former NFL Player Shawne Merriman (who had some Twitter issues with CM Punk in the past) was at the WWE Performance Center this week, which was revealed on Twitter by Bill DeMott.
He posted a photo on his Facebook of his arm after the first day of training, which was scratched and bruised.
He wrote: “A hard days work 1 down 364 to go #PainWhatPain #LightsOut”
