It was announced today via press release that the first-ever Mid-South Wrestling Legends Fanfest is set for WrestleMania weekend. The event will include a fan convention, a Q&A session, a Cajun style dinner and a wrestling event featuring current wrestling talent with stars from Mid-South Wrestling as “honored guests.” The event will take place in the Sigur Center in Chalmette, Louisiana on April 4th, 2014.
Thus far Danny Hodge, Bill Dundee, Bobby Eaton, The Rock and Roll Express, Mr. Wrestling 2, Porkchop Cash and Kamala have been announced as attendees, with more stars to be announced later. The wrestling event will feature Lance Hoyt vs. Chris Masters and Mickie James thus far, with a DVD taping scheduled for a later DVD release.
Tickets will be available after December 2nd both online and at the Sigur Center box office.
