— Hulk Hogan’s WWE theme song, “Real American,” briefly played this afternoon on Fox News as bumper music for a story tease on Iowa GOP Senate candidates.

— ORIGINAL: Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown drew 2.69 million viewers. That’s down 6% from last week’s 2.84 million. The show drew a 0.7 rating in the 18 – 49 demo, which was off a tenth from last week.

UPDATE: WWE SmackDown scored a 1.94 (1.9) cable rating, down 2% from last week’s 1.98 (2.0) cable rating.
