Christian & Edge Become Daddies, WWE Network Issues?

— Christian and his wife recently welcomed a new child into their family within the last several months. As noted earlier today, former WWE stars Edge and Beth Phoenix welcomed the birth of their first child several weeks ago. Word is that they had a baby girl. During a recent interview with, CBC Canada, Edge stated that it the most romantic thing he’s ever experienced.

— Some fans became concerned over how the WWE Network streaming would work after there were some major issues with the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. For what it’s worth, the two are completely unrelated as Major League Baseball Advanced Media won’t be working with WWE until the Network launches in February. Numerous people are saying that the MLB Advanced Media’s technology is the best in the world and they are helping with the WWE Network. They have assured WWE that there will be no down time at all when the Network launches. We shall see!

— Several WWE talents saw the Extreme Rules pay-per-view being listed for Seattle, WA internally on the calendars that are sent to them. There is still no word on why the location has been changed to New Jersey.

— As noted on Thursday here on the website, the current plan for this year’s WrestleMania XXX “Kickoff” pre-show is to have it run for one hour in length, as opposed to the usual 30-minute pay-per-view “Kickoff” specials. With a one hour pre-show, this would mean the event as a whole would run approximately five hours in total.
