Hulk Hogan’s legal battle with Gawker.com over a clip of a sex tape of Hogan with Heather Clem, wife of his friend Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem, that was posted on their website has been postponed. The trial was originally scheduled to begin on Monday, July 6.
The start date for the trial was postponed by the three judges in the case at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal. The trial date was reportedly set too quickly after pleadings in the chase, which happened on June 19. The court docket was already fully for July 6.
Hogan previously settled with Heather Clem earlier this week. A new date for the trial between Hogan and Gawker has not been set.
