Prior to making the deal with TNA to come back and work the TNA vs. GFW angle, Jeff Jarrett owned 29% of TNA. As previously reported, Jarrett is now out as a minority owner.
The angle to bring Jarrett back included Dixie Carter buying Jarrett out of his minority ownership of TNA Wrestling.
The deal also included bringing in Jarrett for the angle, promotion for Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling and GFW having the rights to book TNA talents on their events. Jarrett being inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame was something added in later.
