Pre-Show: There were lots of “New Day Sucks” chants and of course plenty of “Whoo!” yells. The hard camera area was tarped off, along with a few other rows and the entire upper bowl.
Dark Match:
Tyler Breeze beat Damien Sandow. Damien is finally is just Damien. I’ve wanted this for MONTHS. Breeze hit the Beauty Shot for the win in about four and a half minutes.
WWE Main Event TV Taping (Airing Wednesday):
Stardust beat Fandango. Cincinnati doesn’t hate Fandango. There were huge Cody chants whenever Stardust took over. I wouldn’t mind if he went back to being Cody Rhodes soon. Stardust won via his finisher in about seven minutes.
Ryback beat Adam Rose. Damn, Ryback’s pyro is loud! I wasn’t ready. Cincy loves them some Ryback. Rose more or less just said his name over and over on the way to the ring and showed a more vicious side than I’ve ever seen from this version of him. It wasn’t enough. Ryback hit him with the Meathook and Shellshocked in roughly five minutes.
A Breaking Ground video aired followed by the Raw Rebound, which recapped the Demon Kane vs. Seth Rollins match.
The Bella Twins (w/Alicia Fox) beat Naomi and Tamina (w/Sasha Banks). Cincinnati males like Sasha (I can’t blame them). The match ended with a facebuster by Brie after about six minutes. This match was a formulaic Divas tag. Not bad, not great, but good. This concluded the Main Event taping.
