Backstage News – Original Chris Jericho/WrestleMania Plans Revealed

WWE originally planned to have Chris Jericho feud with Dean Ambrose heading into WrestleMania 32, possibly playing off of Jericho walking out on Ambrose and Roman Reigns at Night of Champions 2015.

The plans were changed once WWE brought in AJ Styles, which led to Ambrose feuding with Brock Lesnar. It was also noted that The Wyatt Family was originally set to interfere in Ambrose vs Lesnar.
