John Cena is being listed by ICM Partners for potential speaking engagements. Cena’s bio reads as follows:
“You’ve never met a more multi-dimensional individual than John Cena. Starting as a driven gym employee, he has since built one of the most recognizable brands in entertainment, starred in films and on TV shows, all while devoting himself to his charity work through Make-A-Wish. Cena embodies the spirit of bottomless ambition and boundless motivation. A truly self-made man.
John Cena’s reign as a WWE Superstar has led him to be considered by many “The Face of WWE,” while also having one of the most devout and vast fan bases of any athlete. Cena has recently taken on Hollywood, showing off his comedic chops in Trainwreck with Amy Schumer and Sisters with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. Cena is also a favorite guest of several popular talk shows, having hosted the Today Show numerous times, and recently appearing on the Tonight Show and Ellen. He will also be the host of Fox’s brand new, military-inspired competition series American Grit, where he will test the limits of contestants’ perseverance and self-strength.
Outside of entertainment, John Cena shines just as bright through his charity work. He’s granted over 500 wishes through Make-A-Wish, while also serving on the Wish Ambassador Council, working to spread the power of wish-granting across the United States. His motto “Never Give Up” instills in all of his fans and audiences the perspective that life is a challenge to be.”
Cena’s asking price through ICM is $100,000 for a forty-five minute speech, followed by a fifteen minute Q&A. By comparison, Stephanie McMahon’s asking price through WME is $50,000.
