Rey Mysterio is set to main event a Viva La Lucha event in San Diego, California at Montgomery High School, which is Mysterio’s alma matter. The event happens on August 13 with proceeds going to the school. Masked Republic and Oddity Studio will promote the event with Mysterio.
Other scheduled to appear include Psicosis, Johnny Mundo, Teddy Hart, TJ Perkins and Famous B. Konnan will be the host of the event, which is called “Viva La Lucha: Back in the 619”. Tickets go on sale Monday, but there is a pre-sale that can be found here. The first four rows are VIP Reserved Ringside and come with memorabilia from the event (Rows 1 & 2 get an official event poster and souvenir program/autograph book, rows 3 & 4 will get the poster). There will also be a VIP autograph session before the event.
