WWE posted that Tajiri suffered a right knee injury at the NXT TV tapings last week, in what was a dark match with Tajiri and Shinsuke Nakamura taking on Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode.
According to WWE, “Tajiri suffered a right knee injury and is not currently medically cleared to compete.”
No word on how severe the injury is.
