He was signed to a developmental contract last summer and has also wrestled in NXT.
This will be the first year ever that WrestleMania will be available live in China, so WWE is obviously adding him in there to appeal to their Chinese fans. WWE signed a multi-year deal with the Chinese internet streaming service PPTV last summer to air WWE Raw and SmackDown in China.
These are the participants in the battle royal now:
Mojo Rawley, Apollo Crews, The Big Show, Curt Hawkins, Braun Strowman, Goldust, R-Truth, Primo, Epico, Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas, Jinder Mahal, Sami Zayn, Mark Henry, Sin Cara, Titus O’Neil, Fandango, Tyler Breeze, Dolph Ziggler, Rhyno, Heath Slater, Jason Jordan, Chad Gable, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Konnor, Viktor, Kalisto, Aiden English, Simon Gotch, Tian Bing
