Brian Kendrick was a guest this week on The Steve Austin Show – Unleashed! and mentioned that John Cena asked how his return has been so far. Kendrick responded that:
“This is my 4th time with the company. I said “John, I love it. The only thing that bothers me is you got guys who are leaving. They’re not on the show, so they leave before the show starts. It’s sad…To have an Undertaker, a JBL or an Eddie — You’d be terrified not to watch the show…A lot of them don’t ask questions after their matches. They mainly go to the back and check their name on Twitter. When they hear all this positive feedback from fans, they think ‘who cares what Dean Malenko has to say’.”
I think Kendrick has an excellent point about people turning to Social Media for validation. What do you think — Share your thoughts in the comments below!
