As mentioned yesterday, Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks are planning a show that would seat over 10,000 fans, in order to prove that they could sell out a 10,000 seat arena, in what started as a bet with Dave Meltzer.
Cody was on Sirus XM’s Busted Open Radio today and was asked by host Bubba Ray Dudley, “In a perfect world, fantasy booking, if you could have everything your way, what’s the main event of this show?”
Cody responded: “Me vs. Daniel Bryan for the Ring of Honor World Heavyweight Championship. If I could have everything, that’s what I would do.”
Daniel Bryan’s contract with WWE will expire some time around September 2018 and he’s made it no secret that he would like to wrestle elsewhere (including ROH or NJPW) if he’s not able to wrestle again in WWE.
