Update on Matt Riddle’s Indies Status
As noted before, Matt Riddle is currently rumored to be heading to WWE very soon.
A recent advertisement from Combat Zone Wrestling added more fuel to the speculation. The advertisement mentioned this Saturday’s event in Voorhees, New Jersey as “one of Matt Riddle’s final indy appearances before going to WWE.”

Misc. Wrestling News & Notes
PCW Ultra announced that the card of their July 27th event in Wilmington, California features a tag team match of Pentagon Jr. & Warbeast versus Sami Callihan & OVE, a singles match of Shane Strickland versus Flip Gordon, and a singles match of ACH versus Dragon Lee.
Beyond Wrestling announced that the card for their July 29th event in Worcester, Massachusetts features a No Rope Barbed Wire match of Joey Janela versus David Star and a tag team match of Matt Riddle & Tom Lawlor versus Nick Gagne & Matt Tremont.
Impact Wrestling announced that they will be holding their next One Night Only event on August 25th in Binghamton, New York. This event was also announced to be co-promoted with Xcite Wrestling.
