Jason Jordan has been taking on a backstage role recently, working as a producer for the Peyton Royce vs. Naomi match on SmackDown last night, according to PWInsider.
Jason Jordan’s neck injury is reportedly worse than expected and it’s unknown when he may be able to return to the ring, if ever.
He’s in a similar situation to Matt Hardy, who has also been taking on a backstage role as a producer starting this week, with the possibility of that becoming his future role in WWE if he’s not able to return to wrestling.
