Alexa Bliss Pulled from Evolution Match Due to Injury

WWE officially confirmed that Alexa Bliss will not be wrestling in her scheduled match at Evolution this Sunday.

She will be replaced by Alicia Fox and the match will now be Alicia Fox & Mickie James vs. Lita & Trish Stratus.

Bliss suffered an injury at a house show this past weekend, which was reported to be either a concussion or a broken nose.

Mickie James said on Wednesday that Bliss will “definitely be there on Sunday,” which technically will be true, since Bliss will be in the corner of Fox and James.

Although James was originally slated to team with Alexa Bliss, The Goddess will not compete due to an injury, and will be replaced by the wily Fox in this blockbuster matchup. The cunning Bliss will still be present in Mickie & Alicia’s corner.
