NXT Wrestlers Win Two EVOLVE Championships

Members of the NXT roster captured two EVOLVE championships at tonight’s EVOLVE 114 show in Ybor City, FL.

Fabian Aichner is the new EVOLVE Champion, defeating Shane Strickland.

And the Street Profits are the new EVOLVE Tag Team Champions, defeating Chris Dickinson & Jaka.

EVOLVE also announced that Aichner and the Street Profits will be at all remaining EVOLVE shows for the year.

Aichner made a surprise appearance at the show and challenged former EVOLVE Champion Shane Strickland to a match, which he accepted, and Aichner captured the title.

Other NXT Wrestlers Appear

Other NXT wrestlers also appeared on the show.

EVOLVE has been used as WWE’s unofficial “farm system” for a while and their relationship has obviously gotten even closer.

Jessie Elaban was also on the show, losing a match to Priscilla Kelly.

Alexander Jaoude also wrestled and defeated Joe Gacy. Jaoude was also accompanied by NXT’s Cezar Bononi.

Dan Matha also appeared, interrupting a match by attacking both competitors.
