Impact: Austin Aries Update, LAX Wrestling for EVOLVE, TV Taping Schedule

Austin Aries Update

There are no current plans for Austin Aries to return to Impact, but “that could change tomorrow,” according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Aries, who lives in Las Vegas, was actually backstage at one nights of the Impact TV tapings in Vegas earlier this month. Aries “just showed up, talked to people, was nice to everyone, etc.” the Observer says.

LAX in EVOLVE

LAX, the Impact Tag Team Champions, will be wrestling at two upcoming EVOLVE shows on December 15 in Queens and December 16 in Deer Park, NY. NXT’s Street Profits are the current EVOLVE Tag Team Champions.

Impact Taping Schedule

Impact is returning to Las Vegas for another set of TV tapings from March 13-15.

They also have a show scheduled for January 7 in Nashville, TN, the night after the Homecoming PPV, but it’s not clear if that will be a TV taping or not. It’s just listed as “IMPACT LIVE.”

There have also been rumors that they could return to Mexico for another TV taping soon, possibly as early as January.
