Kevin Owens is expected to be cleared soon, but right now, the plan is to not bring him back to TV until after WrestleMania, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Sami Zayn is also close to returning and has been training for his return at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Owens underwent surgery on both knees in October and his timetable was 4-6 months, which would mean he would be ready between February and April.
Zayn underwent two rotator cuff surgeries in June and August and at the time, he said that he “should be ready in time for WrestleMania.”
Last month, WWE played teaser videos saying that Owens and Zayn would be “returning soon.”
