Jinny Reportedly Suffers Unknown Injury

Jinny reportedly has recently suffered an unknown injury, according to Fightful and SquaredCircleSirens.com.

It was reported that Jinny’s status for WWE’s upcoming NXT UK tapings at next week’s WrestleMania Axxess events in Brooklyn, New York is currently in serious doubt. No other details regarding the nature of the injury nor how long Jinny will be out of action was given.


WWE Once Considered Plans for a Women’s Tag Team Ladder Match at WrestleMania 35

WWE reportedly had once considered the idea to have a ladder match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship to take place at WrestleMania 35, according to Fightful.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported that there were initial plans within the company for a ladder match to be featured somewhere on the card of WrestleMania 35 and the Women’s Tag Team Championship as the initial choice. Sapp also reported that those plans were quickly shot down although some in the company were still pushing the idea for a ladder match to take place at the event.


Misc. Wrestling News & Notes

As noted before, Allie signed an official contract with All Elite Wrestling last week. While it was initially reported that Allie’s contract with Impact Wrestling expired in January, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported it actually expired in late February.

WrestleCon announced that they have recently pulled all of Dragon Gate’s talent scheduled to appear at their WrestleMania week events in New York due to visa-related issues. Similar to PAC, WrestleCon stated they were not able to resolve the sudden issues with all of the applications for Dragon Gate’s talent.

ROH announced that Kenny King, PJ Black, The Bouncers (Beer City Bruiser & Brian Milonas), and Cheeseburger will all be competing in the pre-show Honor Rumble match at next weekend’s G1 Supercard event in New York City, New York.
