An 18 year old high school student was arrested and charged with battery for allegedly attempting an RKO on his principal at Southridge High in Miami, FL.
The student’s first court date was today. You can view a video of the court appearance, where the student’s lawyer argues that he was just messing around and hardly touched the principal and something like this shouldn’t be an arrestable offense.
You can see the RKO “attempt” below. It definitely looks like he is just messing around, but the principal was reportedly “adamant” about pressing charges against him.
