MLW: WWE Interested in Jacob Fatu, Timothy Thatcher Debuting for MLW

WWE is interested in signing Jacob Fatu, who currently wrestles for MLW. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, “everyone believes he’s going to be a superstar and both AEW and WWE are aware of it.”

Fatu will wrestle Tom Lawlor for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship at “Kings of Colosseum,” live on beIN Sports on July 6.

Fatu is part of the AnoaŹ»i family, son of Sam Fatu, who wrestled in WWE as Tama and The Tonga Kid. Rikishi is his uncle and the Usos are his cousins.


Timothy Thatcher

MLW announced that Timothy Thatcher will make his MLW debut on July 25 at “Never Say Never” in Queens, NY. The show will be an MLW TV taping.

Thatcher has wrestled all over the world and held the EVOLVE Championship from July 2015 to February 2017.
