Two new title matches were announced for Extreme Rules tonight.
– SmackDown Women’s Championship: Bayley (c) vs. Alexa Bliss – Nikki Cross defeated Bayley on SmackDown, winning a rematch for Alexa Bliss against Bayley at Extreme Rules.
– Cruiserweight Championship: Drew Gulak (c) vs. Tony Nese – Nese defeated Akira Tozawa on 205 Live to win a shot at Gulak’s title.
Earlier today, a WWE Championship match between Kofi Kingston (c) and Samoa Joe was also announced.
Extreme Rules will take place on July 14 in Philadelphia, PA at the Wells Fargo Center.
