Several More Wrestlers Given NXT Name Changes

Several more wrestlers in WWE’s NXT brand were recently given name changes by the company, according to Fightful.

The name changes were first discovered on WWE’s Performance Center website roster page and involve the following talent:

  • Rachael Evers is now using her real name, Rachael Ellering.
  • Brennan Williams is now called Dio Maddin.
  • Dan Matha is now called Dorian Mak.
  • MJ Jenkins is now called Monique Jenkins.
  • Malcolm Bivens (Stokely Hathaway in indies) is now called Courtenay Moore.
  • Robert Strauss (Robbie E in Impact) is now called Robert Stone.
  • Nick Comoroto is now called Nick Ogarelli.
  • Scott Parker and Shane Matthews, tag team 3.0, are now called Jeffrey Parker and Matthew Menard-Lee.

WWE Network Hidden Gems Addition

This week’s addition to WWE Network’s Hidden Gems series is ECW themed, featuring two classic videos and a television episode.

The first gem is the first volume of The Best of ECW 1992, which was originally released on July 14, 1992 on home video.

07/14/1992 – The Best of ECW 1992 Volume 1

Witness ECW get its start in a sports bar in Philadelphia before becoming one of the most influential wrestling organizations of all time.

The second gem is the second volume of The Best of ECW 1992, which was originally released on October 24, 1992 on home video.

10/24/1992 – The Best of ECW 1992 Volume 2

Ivan Koloff, Sal Bellomo, The Sandman and more set the tone for the mayhem that would occur over the next decade in ECW.

The third and final gem is the entire November 28, 1992 pilot episode of ECW TV featuring The Sandman, The Super Destroyers, and King Kahlua.
