Hangman Page vs. PAC Announced for AEW Dynamite Premiere – Updated Card

Hangman Page vs. PAC has been announced for AEW Dynamite’s first show on TNT on October 2 in Washington, DC at the Capital One Arena.

The match was announced on today’s episode of Road to TNT.

Page and PAC were originally scheduled to face each other at Double or Nothing on May 25, but the match was canceled due to “creative differences” stemming from PAC being unwilling to lose clean while holding the Dragon Gate Open the Dream Gate title. (He has since dropped the Dragon Gate title, which opened the door for his return to AEW.)

Page and PAC instead wrestled each other at a Wrestlegate Pro show in Nottingham, England on May 18, which ended with PAC getting purposefully disqualified when he gave the referee a low blow.
