Update: The “injury” is reportedly a work and part of a storyline that will play out on TV, according to Dave Meltzer.
Randy Orton appeared to injure his knee at a WWE house show tonight in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
According to several people in attendance, Orton went for an RKO and landed badly on his knee during his match against AJ Styles and was unable to continue, causing the referee to put up the “X” and stop the match.
Officials and medical staff came to check on Orton’s left knee in the ring and he was eventually helped to the back, unable to put pressure on the leg.
