Vince McMahon Reportedly Upset that Cain Velasquez Posted Photo of Ronda Rousey at WWE HQ

Vince McMahon was reportedly upset that Cain Velasquez posted a photo of himself with Ronda Rousey at WWE headquarters in Stamford earlier this month.

Last week, Cain posted a photo of him with Rousey at WWE HQ, leading to speculation that Rousey’s WWE return could be coming soon.

According to the Observer, Rousey being at the office was “supposed to be top secret” and no one was supposed to know but a few “key people.” Rousey and Velasquez ran into each other by chance and Velasquez tweeted out the photo.

One source told the Observer that Vince McMahon was “freaking out badly” over the photo, knowing that he “couldn’t fire the leaker” since the “leaker” was Velasquez, who didn’t know any better. But another source told the Observer that that story was overblown and people were more laughing about it than “freaking out.”

Both Rousey and Velasquez were at WWE HQ for “meetings on a number of items,” the Observer says, but no details are known.

Rousey is reportedly under contract with WWE until April 10, 2021 and Triple H and Rousey have both said that she’ll be back eventually.
