As noted before, Stephanie Vaquer had been out of action for WWE due to an ankle injury she suffered during the WWE Women’s World Championship Triple Threat match at the Money in the Bank 2026 event earlier this month. Despite the injury, Vaquer made an in-ring return at WWE’s Hawaii Live Tour event on October 16 in Honolulu, Hawaii. This past Monday’s WWE RAW show was notable for Vaquer revealing that she was back to not being cleared to compete and RAW GM Adam Pearce making a #1 Contender’s match for the WWE Women’s World Championship between Vaquer and Becky Lynch that would take place once Vaquer is cleared.
WWE provided an update earlier today on Twitter posting a video featuring Vaquer announcing that she has been officially medically cleared to compete again and tossed away the crutches she had been using to assist her walking. Vaquer then stated that she would see Lynch at this Monday’s WWE RAW show.
